JetBaz Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

01General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and JetBaz ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), the operator of the website at jetbaz.im. By accessing or using any part of the JetBaz platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use JetBaz. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

JetBaz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes that affect their accounts or balances.

02Eligibility and Registration

To register and use JetBaz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JetBaz strictly prohibits access by minors. If we suspect or confirm that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual, acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing JetBaz account. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a JetBaz employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a JetBaz employee.

03Account Management

Your JetBaz account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, including all bets placed, games played, and transactions made.

• Username and password: Choose a strong, unique password for your JetBaz account and do not share it with anyone. JetBaz staff will never ask you for your password.
• Contact details: Keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date. JetBaz uses these for account verification, withdrawal processing, and important communications.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. JetBaz reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close such accounts after reasonable notice. Any remaining balance will be dealt with in accordance with our prevailing policy at that time.
• Account closure by player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting JetBaz support. Any pending bets will be settled normally; remaining cleared balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.
• Account closure by JetBaz: JetBaz reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

04Deposits

JetBaz accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay and SadaPay
• Bank Transfer (IBFT)
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and your account verification status. JetBaz does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

JetBaz processes deposits instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank's processing time. If a deposit does not reflect in your JetBaz wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

05Withdrawals

JetBaz processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawal of their funds.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.
• JetBaz does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard requests. Your payment provider may charge their own fees.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification if this has not been completed previously or if the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds.
• Only cleared funds — deposits that have been verified and bonus wagering requirements that have been completed — are available for withdrawal.

06Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting on JetBaz, including football, cricket, and any other markets offered by the platform:

• Bet placement: All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled, except where the Cash Out feature is explicitly available and activated by the player.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you add a selection to your bet slip and the time you confirm. JetBaz may offer the option to accept any price or to only accept better odds — this setting can be configured in your account.
• Void bets: If an event is cancelled, abandoned before the minimum required play has occurred, or rescheduled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific void conditions are stated in each market's rules.
• Postponed matches: Football and cricket fixtures that are postponed to a date beyond 48 hours from the original scheduled kick-off time will have associated bets voided and stakes returned, unless the event was specifically listed as "to be played during [specific period]."
• Maximum winnings: JetBaz reserves the right to apply maximum winnings limits on specific markets or bet types. Any applicable limit will be displayed before you confirm your bet.
• Errors in odds: Where an obvious error in odds is identified — such as a major league match being priced at an implausible level — JetBaz reserves the right to void affected bets even after settlement, and to recalculate and re-settle at the correct odds.
• Minimum bet: The minimum stake per selection is Rs 200.

07Casino Games

All casino games available on JetBaz — including slots, live dealer tables, jackpot progressives, fishing games, Aviator, and any other game titles — are provided by third-party game providers whose software uses independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs).

JetBaz does not control, modify, or influence individual game outcomes. Game results are determined entirely by the certified RNG within each game's software. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

• Game availability: JetBaz may add, remove, or temporarily disable games at any time without notice. Ongoing game rounds in progress at the time of a technical issue will be settled in accordance with the game provider's rules.
• Disconnection during play: If your internet connection is lost during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server. JetBaz is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Progressive jackpots: Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on JetBaz are indicative and update in real time. The actual jackpot amount at the moment of triggering is the authoritative figure for payout purposes.

08Bonuses and Promotions

JetBaz offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to both new and existing players. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the specific offer terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may generally only participate in one bonus promotion at a time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Bonus funds vs real funds: Bonus funds are kept separately from real money funds. Real money is wagered first. Bonus funds become available only after the real money balance is exhausted. You can opt out of a bonus at any time, but any associated bonus funds and winnings generated from them will be forfeited.
• Ineligible games: Some games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. This will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse of promotions: JetBaz monitors accounts for bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, use of arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonuses cancelled and may be closed.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated time period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JetBaz and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. Where prohibited conduct is identified, JetBaz reserves the right to close the account, forfeit balances, and take further action as appropriate:

• Registering more than one account under any name, identity, or payment method
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the platform while under the age of 18
• Using another person's account, payment details, or identity
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, or external tools
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage on any game or market
• Depositing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name
• Using JetBaz for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to generate illegitimate profits — any winnings from such exploitation may be reclaimed
• Abusing the bonus system in ways not consistent with genuine play

JetBaz cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any evidence of criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Account balances associated with suspected illegal activity may be frozen pending investigation.

10Responsible Gaming

JetBaz is committed to operating responsibly and to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players from the account settings page:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder that will alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Choose to exclude yourself from JetBaz for a specified period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, receive promotional communications, or create a new account.

JetBaz retains transaction records and account data for a minimum period required by applicable regulations. This data may be used to investigate disputes, verify compliance with these Terms, and respond to regulatory inquiries.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JetBaz's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• JetBaz is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount of your deposits in the relevant transaction period.
• JetBaz is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on the player's side.
• JetBaz is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• JetBaz does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• JetBaz is not responsible for the actions of third-party game providers beyond ensuring that those providers hold appropriate certifications for their RNG software.

13Amendments to These Terms

JetBaz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date
• Notify registered players via email or in-platform notification where the changes materially affect their rights or obligations

Your continued use of JetBaz following the notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should cease using the platform and withdraw your available balance before the change takes effect.
